Electrical Helpers:

Qualified applicants must possess a minimum of two years electrical trade experience in the commercial/industrial fields.

Journeyman Electricians:

Qualified applicants must possess a minimum of two years’ experience in the commercial/industrial electrical field. In addition, a Duval County Journeyman license is required.

Telecommunications Technicians:

Qualified applicants must possess certifications in cable and/or fiber splicing/terminations. A minimum of two years in-field experience is required.

After 90 days, employee is eligible for 6 paid holidays:

  • New Years Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

There is also the option to apply and enroll in the NEFBA Apprenticeship Program 100% paid by the company.

Employee is eligible for insurance coverage starting the first of the month following 60 days of employment:

  • Health Insurance – Company pays a portion of employee’s premium
  • $10,000 Basic Life Insurance (must enroll in health insurance)
  • Dental Insurance
  • Vision Insurance

After 1 year of employment, employee receives 1 week of paid vacation and the option to enroll in 401K with company % match
